The Agenda
Building a Stronger, More United
and Better Organised New Patriotic Party.
Every successful political party is built on strong organisation, principled leadership, and a shared commitment to its members. My agenda is centred on strengthening our party from the grassroots upward, promoting unity, deepening inclusion, and preparing the NPP to earn the confidence of Ghanaians once again.
Our Priorities
A Party Built to Win
The work of a National Vice Chairman extends far beyond election campaigns. It is about building the structures, relationships, and discipline that allow the party to grow stronger every day.
My agenda is focused on four priorities.
Stronger Party Organisation
A strong party begins with strong structures.
I will work to strengthen our regional, constituency, electoral area, and polling station structures by promoting continuous engagement, organisational support, and leadership development throughout the year.
Key
Commitement
- Strengthen regional and constituency party structures.
- Support polling station and electoral area executives.
- Improve communication between national and grassroots leadership.
- Promote continuous organisational development beyond election years.
Unity & Inclusion
The strength of the New Patriotic Party lies in its people.
Our future depends on building a party where every member feels respected, valued, and represented regardless of region, religion, ethnicity, age, or background.
I will work to strengthen internal unity while expanding our engagement with communities that remain vital to the future growth of our party.
Key
Commitement
- Promote unity across every level of the party.
- Deepen engagement with Muslim, Zongo, Northern, and underserved communities.
- Encourage greater youth participation and leadership.
- Foster respectful dialogue and collaboration throughout the party.
Integrity & Institutional Strength
Strong institutions build strong political parties.
The NPP must continue to demonstrate transparency, accountability, discipline, and respect for its own internal processes.
Leadership begins by setting the right example.
Key
Commitement
- Promote transparent and accountable party processes.
- Strengthen institutional discipline.
- Encourage fairness in internal governance.
- Support a culture of responsibility and service.
Electoral Readiness
Winning elections begins long before campaign season.
Preparing the party requires organisation, planning, effective communication, and sustained grassroots mobilisation.
I will work alongside our leadership, parliamentary candidates, constituency executives, and volunteers to ensure that our structures remain active, prepared, and election-ready.
Key
Commitement
- Strengthen campaign preparedness across all regions.
- Improve grassroots mobilisation.
- Support coordinated national and local campaign planning.
- Enhance communication with members and supporters.
